What we collect. We collect contact information you provide when registering (name, email, address, phone number, and similar details), records of your activity participation and learning progression at CRDRLABS facilities, and standard website data such as browser type and IP address.
Why we collect it. Activity and participation data is retained solely to support your personal learning progression and to help us improve our programs. We do not use it for marketing profiling or sell it to any third party.
Opt-out. You may opt out of activity tracking at any time by contacting us at info@crdrlabs.org. Opting out means we will not retain participation records beyond what is operationally necessary.
Third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with outside organizations. We may disclose information if required by law.
Donors. Donor information is never sold or shared. It is used only to process your contribution and communicate with you about CRDRLABS.
Children. Our programs are open to participants of all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Data security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is fully secure. Contact us at info@crdrlabs.org with any privacy concerns.
Your rights. You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data by contacting us at info@crdrlabs.org.
Who may use CRDRLABS facilities. Access to CRDRLABS facilities and programs is open to registered members who have completed the registration process, agreed to these terms, and signed the CRDRLABS liability waiver.
Code of conduct. All members must abide by the CRDRLABS Code of Conduct at all times. CRDRLABS reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for violations at its sole discretion.
Liability waiver. Use of CRDRLABS facilities, including the precision craft lab and other shared spaces, requires a signed liability waiver. You will be asked to complete this upon registration.
Facility access. Access to certain equipment may require completion of a safety class or skills certification. CRDRLABS reserves the right to modify facility access rules at any time with reasonable notice.
Accounts. Members are responsible for keeping their account information current. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Limitation of liability. CRDRLABS is a nonprofit organization operating with volunteer staff. To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, CRDRLABS's liability for any claim arising from use of our facilities or programs is limited to the amount paid by the member in the preceding 30 days.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
CRDRLABS transactions consist primarily of donations and purchases of materials for immediate use in workshops and lab activities. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless CRDRLABS cancels an event or workshop, or offers to repurchase materials, in which case a full refund or credit will be issued.
