When will this be available?

As soon as possible.  We have already incorporated in WA state and applied to the IRS for 501c3 status.  How long that takes will depend on how busy the IRS is.  Once we have 501c3 status, then donations will be tax free.

We will initially roll out a miniature offering that covers most of the core ideas but on a smaller scale, most likely leasing a pretty small space, test our ideas and fine tune our plans.  When we've got it down, and are ready to move on, we'll seek to find a larger place that can serve more people more efficiently.  When that building is ready, we will roll out services in phases, getting each phase stable before moving to the next phase.
