As soon as possible. We have already incorporated in WA state, and we will obtain 501c3 status as soon as possible, though it can take months, particularly if the IRS has a backlog. Once we have 501c3 status, then donations will be tax free. When we have 501c3 status, we can file for property tax exemption, which will help us offer our services for lower prices. When the building is ready, we will roll out services in phases, developing the relevant facilities and programs before moving to the next phase.
